Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide. Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to be processed before it ships. During sales and holidays allow 7-10 business days for processing before shipment.
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after the above processing time, please check your spam folder. Shipping rates are based on weight, destination, and method, and we charge you only what we pay.
Return & Exchange Policy
If your purchase does not work out based on damages from Desert Revival Apparel, you may initiate a return or exchange within 21 days of receiving your order. Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your total order refund amount. Returns can be refunded back to the original payment method or come in the form of store credit. We cannot offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on Customs or Duties.
